Following the AGM and the voting that occurred during it, the following two resolutions were passed and added to the TCYC Constitution and Bylaws:

1. Each member shall volunteer for at least one event per year, either for RC, any social events or volunteer to sit on the executive. In the event a member does not volunteer, they shall be assessed $100.00 per calendar year. Assessments are at the discretion of the Executives.
2. The Rear Commodore shall also be responsible for Social activity and Race Prizes.
