TCYC Annual General Meeting

Please join us for our Annual General Meeting.

We need your help and direction to run the club!  A quorum is required both to change our bylaws and constitution so that we can file in compliance with the new BC 2016 Societies Act AND to elect the new executive.  We need to have at least 2/3 of Club members to form a quorum so be there!

• The club needs nominations for some flag officer and executive positions.  Please put your name forward and help your club.
  
• We need your trophies back.  Please bring them to the meeting.
• To vote you must be a member in good standing.  If you haven't paid your renewal please log into your account and do it today.
