Look at this amazing little aplication that Rob Sutherland found.

It's called Virtual Sail and it takes the GPS tracks from a bunch of boats and then recreates the race. Then you can even create a YouTube video simulation of the race and insert your photos into it!

Imagine if you took a TCYC race, got as many boats as possible to record their track and then combined them all to recreate the race and post it on the website. For example, check out the following demonstration on on YouTube:

The one drawback that I can see is that it does not take wind as data, it is only GPS tracks
